check_tcp

Dear all,

I am using check_tcp to test if ssh is running on a remote host.  I know this does 
not really tell me if it's ssh that is running, just that the port is open.

Now, I get the following in the remote machines log file:

Sep 17 11:09:32 neptune sshd[23829]: Did not receive identification string from 
192.168.1.2

Is there a proper check_ssh or a way to use check_tcp so I do not get those (any) 
messages in the log file ?
