You need to generate a private/public keypair. Install the public key on 
the host you want to monitor (mind the permissions and watch the logs if 
it fails). Keep the private key on the host doing the monitoring (mind 
the permissions).

If you type the following commands, all the info you need will 
automagically appear on your screen.
man ssh
man ssh-keygen
man ssh_config
man sshd_config

Test it with the nagios user. If it fails, reread the man-pages. If it 
still fails, reread the man-pages. If you're still unsuccessful, pay 
someone to do it for you, or reread the man-pages.
