Hostgroup notifications will only notify on host problems, not service
problems.
A host/hostgroup contact does not inherit the services belonging to that
host.

Subject: [Nagios-users] selective notification problem
Hi all!
I have a notification question. Let me expose my senario.
I have:
service X defined.
Contact group c1 and c2. Host group G1 and G2.
G1 and G2 should be checked for service X
c1 should be notified in any case.
c2 should be notified only when G2 service check fails.
I have contact_groups in hostgroups.cfg set to c2
I have contact_groups in services.cfg set to c1.
When service X fails only c1 is notified.
What is wrong?
Can any on help me?
