problem with passiv check

hi!
i want to controll a backup job of my oracle server. a java application. for
this i use nsjsd. it works perfekt i get in the file command.cfg:
1113469961] PROCESS_SERVICE_CHECK_RESULT;mciora02;mciora02;1;file backup
required but not available
in services.cfg:
define service{
host_name mciora02
check_command check_dummy
service_description mciora02
check_period none
process_perf_data 1
notification_interval 0
notification_period 24x7
notification_options w,c,r
notifications_enabled 1
check_freshness 1
freshness_threshold 100
contact_groups db-admins
active_checks_enabled 0
passive_checks_enabled 1
max_check_attempts 5

but i can not see anything in nagios web frontend ....
my system:
debian sarge
nagios 1.3-cvs.20050116-4
