problem with passiv check

i have the rw direcroty

butas:/var/log/nagios/rw# ls -lh
insgesamt 0
prw-rw----  1 nagios nagios 0 2005-04-13 14:30 nagios.cmd

and the command.cfg is under /etc/nagios
