Notifications stopped when I upgraded to the latest version.

Hi everybody,
I upgraded my Nagios box from version 1.2 to 2.03b. I customized the
miscommand.cfg to update the $OUTPUT$ variables to $HOSTOUTPUT$ and
$SERVICEOUTPUT$. I didn't made changes to the services and hosts
configurations, but now I the system doesn't notify me some events. I
receive only a few notifications but not all.
Nevertheless, I'm receiving the all the events through the cgi's.

I get back my old version for now. Any help is welcome.
