check_http plugin does not add :<port> in Host: header

Hello,

thanks for the tip, it works when you specify both the -I and the -H option :

./check_http -I son1.rf.rabobank.nl -H son1.rf.rabobank.nl:2210 -p 2210 -u /w5/dws_syst/PingServlet ............

(so it's not a bug)
