I'm not aware of one. The temperature of the CPU(s) is contained in the
output of /usr/platform/`uname -m`/prtdiag -v. If you only need to
monitor a single server (or single class of server) then it should be
fairly easy to put a custom plugin together. Given that the output of
prtdiag varies considerably according to the underlying hardware
platform, writing and maintaining a generic plugin would be a life's
work.
