actually 2 minutes(if I'm correct).

min 0, check #1 : HARD OK -> SOFT CRITICAL
min 1, check #2 : SOFT CRITICAL -> SOFT CRITICAL (value still critical)
min 2, check #3 : SOFT CRITICAL -> HARD CRITICAL -> notification
