NC_Net -testing event logs -includes updated check_NT.c Source

NC_Net's Now has Event Log checks and WMI querry checks in it.

It also has bundled into it a copy of check_nt.c source code that can
be used to run service these 2 new checks types.  The updated copy of
check_nt.c is also available off the official NC_Net web page
www.shatterit.com/NC_Net  this copy of check_nt.c is not an official
copy, it is a temporary one while waiting for enhancement updates to
be accepted by the plugin group.

both Event Log checks and WMI checks may still need some tweeking,
This is schedualed to be worked on  this week.
