Nagios-User with only VIEW-Rights

Hello All!

Is there any possibility to configure Nagios (2.0b1) to let an _authenticated_ 
user to only view the hosts and services he is allowed to (like configuring 
him as "contact") but NOT let him issue ANY host- or service-command?

I'll need this for allowing customers to VIEW their hosts and services but NOT 
to change anything.....
