Hi
if you dont mind about security much. you can compile nrpe with option --enable-
command-args. then in the nrpe config file you need to adjust your lines to:
command[check_disk]=/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_disk $ARG1$ or something
like that. in the nrpe check_command from the nagios server pass all the
required parameters to check the disk.
you can define all possible commands in the nrpe.cfg. and then just use what
ever you need in the host. and all is controlled from the nagios server.
no need to edit by hand each nrpe.cfg
