Nagios Performance Data

nagios-db may be overkill for you, but it would work. It's a Nagios 2 NEB
that stores nagios performance data (as well as service and host
availability) in a database. It's completely supplemental (ie not a
patch), and while you can't get to its data via the CGIs, the data will be
stored in a SQL db, so it should be pretty easy to get to it with whatever
graphing tool you want to use.
