missing cfg files

The config names themselves don't matter (outside of nagios.cfg, cgi.cfg
and resource.cfg). The information in the ones you are referencing as
missing are rolled into bigger.cfg and minimal.cfg. Historically the
config files used to be separated by config type (i.e. all hostgroup
definitions in hostgroups.cfg, all contact definitions in contacts.cfg,
etc) and many of us still do that for ease of scripting automated
manipulation of the config files, but it isn't necessary.
