Hello Sand Phillipp,
I have made two views i Nagios.
01 New Alarms - with these properties as below
(Host Properties: Not In Scheduled Downtime & Has Not Been Acknowledged &
Checks Enabled + Service Properties: Has Not Been Acknowledged)
02 Known Alarms - with thes porpeties as below
(Host Status Types: All + Host Properties: Any + Service Status Types: All
Problems + Service Properties: Any)
The sound php page only asks for the 01-view. So after marking an alarm as
known it will disapear from the 01-view and only be present in the 02-view.
I use two kind of sounds critical and warning. The sound check is asking
the system every 5. minute so you don't get crazy or to stressed ;-)
/Thomas

Hi Thomas,
Will this sound play once for each error, or every time, the page
reloads?
We have about 2500 Service checks, so there is always something wrong,
and I'm searching for an Sound Alarm, which only "bings" when there is a
new error accouring.
