Hello,
we want to make our nagios installation redundant.
Our installation looks like the following:
Nagios Master who sends notifications
(Germany)
Nagios Office Master checks services on x machines
(England)
Nagios Office Master checks services on x machines
(Brasil)
Nagios Office Master checks services on x machines
(Germany)
The Nagios Office Masters sends check results to the Nagios Master via nsca.
How can we get the Nagios Master redundant?
I already read http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/2_0/redundancy.html,
but it didn´t solves the problem to make a server redundant who
doesn´t check services.
Maybe IP Failover or some other HighAvailability Tools can solve this
problem.
regards,
Timo
