Want to monitor Oracle , without running scripts on the Oracle Server

Thanks for the mail
I will try to start writing the plugins , my idea
is to write SNMP plugins , so that I do not need to
install any thing on the Oracle Server other than SNMP
Is it possible to monitor
Table Space
No of Data Base logs
Availablity of tnslsnr using SNMP ,
