Backup Connection Monitoring

Hi Michael,

what about this:

1. Configure your ISDN Backup to be state OK when it is down and 
CRITICAL when it is up, perhaps the nagios plugin "negate" can help you.
2. Create an event handler on your backup line which triggers on the 
above check and tries to reset your dsl connection.
