install Net::SNMP problem

HI,
When i tried to install Net::SNMP via CPAN, i got error to say 
....
t/usm.t                   15   13  86.67%  1-4 6-11 13-15
Failed 1/3 test scripts, 66.67% okay. 13/29 subtests failed, 55.17% okay.
make: *** [test_dynamic] Error 255
  /usr/bin/make test -- NOT OK
Running make install
  make test had returned bad status, won't install without force

Anybody can let me know what's the problem and how can I fix it.
