A stupid question about 1 time config

Hope that U  had already checked the permission of the
file , it should be owned by nagios 
      U have not mentioned what error u are getting ,
I  will try to help u , by checking your nagios.cfg
and cgi.cfg files, if U can send me the  nagios.cfg
and cgi.cfg files
