statusmap.cgi compile problem

finally, defining these parameters fixed the problem:
--with-command-group=nagcmd --with-gd-lib=PATHTOLIBDIR
- --with-gd-inc=PATHTOHEADREDIR --with-jpeg=PATHTOLIBDIR
- --with-png=PATHTOLIBDIR --with-zlib=PATHTOLIBDIR
