NSClient configuration

The other tools are needed if you want to edit the source code of NSClient.

The source is in Pascale, and some of the tools need a relatively newer
version of Pascal.

you should be able to install NS_Client without using any of these extra
files.
also I believe there is (or was) a trial version of SvCom out there?
