NDO - Table Curruption?

Hello,

I'm running into a bit of an issue with NDO (version 1.2)  where I'm
seeing random tables getting corrupted. Typically, I will see this in
the syslog message stating that it cannot insert the MYSQL command....

Has anyone else seen this issue?
