Nagios and Firewall/NAT

Install NRPE on the box behind the firewall. It will obviously need to 
be able to connect to the nagios server through the firewall. By default 
it uses some odd port, but you could tell it to use something your 
firewall allows (if your firewall is blocking outgoing connections at 
all), so long as that's not disruptive to services on either box.
