Try this:
PERSONALITY=bsd ps faxo
pid,euid,egid,ni:2,vsz:6,rss:6,pcpu,pmem,stat:3=ST,tname:6,stime,bsdtime,args
Execute that as all one line and you'll note there is a column for %CPU
for each process as well as a few other neat things...
