trouble with statusmap.cgi

Hi people,
No doubt you have seen this many times before, for some reason statusmap.cgi
was not in the sbin folder when I first installed Nagios, I have since
installed gdlib & its pre-requisites and overlaid Nagios but I still don't
have a statusmap.cgi
The only thing that shows about Gdlibs in config.log is:
GDLIBS='-lgd -lz -lm -lpng'
And the only warnings I receive in Config.log are:
conftest.c:26: warning: incompatible implicit declaration of built-in
function 'exit'
conftest.c:75: warning: incompatible implicit declaration of built-in
function 'exit'
conftest.c:82: warning: conflicting types for built-in function 'strdup'
conftest.c:83: warning: conflicting types for built-in function 'strstr'
conftest.c:104: warning: conflicting types for built-in function 'snprintf'
Has anyone any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Mark Duffy
