OK. I think ndomod can write tho ndo2db via TCP/UNIX Socket.
But ndo2db can not write to the database with your settings.

db_prefix=ndo_ ist set ?

Have you tested with user at localhost via tcp port 3306 ?
For mysql user at 127.0.0.1 is not the same as user at localhost
