check Mirror Status

Hi at all!

I have an environment with several linux servers. Some of them use a 
hardware raid (LSI Logic 53c1030PCI). Now i'm searching for a plugin, 
where i can monitor the status of the raid. Can somebody tell me, how i 
can solve this problem or is such a plugin available?
