Notification Interval Configured wrong or not working right

Did it used to be 10 minutes and you just changed it to 20 minutes? I
don't see anything wrong with your configuration, it's exactly as mine
is except mine is 30 minute intervals. Did you run nagios -v nagios.cfg
to check on the config and then restart Nagios? That's the only thing I
can think of.
