Found! I recompile Nagios 3 without embedded perl, disable embedded perl :
epoc-01:/etc/nagios# grep embedded nagios.cfg
enable_embedded_perl=0
use_embedded_perl_implicitly=0
and now Nagios use only 2Mo of memory, and stop growing !
