If the CGIs are there, but the links don't work, you really need to follow Marc's advice and look in your webserver log for the reason they aren't working when you try to access them. Without that information, anything anyone on this list does to help you troubleshoot this is pure guesswork.
If there's nothing in the logs regarding those scripts, then something more basic is wrong -- verify that the links you're clicking on point where they should.
Without basic information like what the links you're clicking on point to, and what happens on your webserver when you click them, it's nearly impossible to say what your problem might be.
