I've used it. In fact, I wrote it. However, the version you pointed to is an old one. Israel Brewster did a lot of work on tuning this plugin and fixing some of my original mistakes. You should check Nagios Exchange for the latest version.

Thanks,
Garry

Subject: [Nagios-users] Problems with check_rrd_bw.sh plugin

Hi all!

I've been having problems with the Nagios plugin check_rrd_bw.sh. It checks the traffic of some of my links in a
RRD format. The thing is that every now and then i get some results that are incorrect (-2147 Mbps) and affects
the alert notifications in case some of the links are in a critical value.
Has anyone used the plugin? any help?

The output in Nagios:

OK - Current BW in: -2147Mbps

Here's the plugin: http://pastebin.com/m27ba16ad

Thanks!
