Yes, but that's likely going to depend on the daemon that you're running
on windows. The documentation for it should specify.

It seems to me that your command{} or service{} definition is invalid
and probably specifies a port flag (typically -p) but doesn't actually
specify the port number. Whatever it is might have a default if you
remove the flag or you need to specify the port number to use.
Please review the documentation for the windows daemon you're using
(nrpe_nt, etc). It should specify how to configure nagios and windows to
be successful. If you need further assistance, specific details about
the installation and program you're using on the windows side and the
relevant command{}, host{} and service{} definitions would be needed.
