Issues with Authentication in Nagios3

Assuming you're trying to use a username other than nagioadmin, you 
should look at the authorized_for_* directives in cgi.cfg (detailed in 
the "Granting Additional Permissions To CGI Information" section on 
http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/3_0/cgiauth.html).

By default these are defined to only permit the nagiosadmin user.  If 
you'd like to allow anyone authorized by apache's htaccess, specify a 
wildcard (*).
