I did a search of the archives and this topic didn't seem to get any
hits, if I missed something please point me in the right direction. I'm
wondering if anyone on the list has compared Nagios to Sun Management
Center or has thoughts on the two? We're a Solaris shop and the
container/zone features of SMC are definitely of interest but my
understanding is that it has a fairly heavy cpu load. On the Nagios
side, the ability to script the various situations when needed is a real
plus and we have good abilities there so that and the fact that it's
open source are definite pros. Anyone had to consider these tools
side-by-side?
