Citrix Plugins

[Vonnahme, Nathan]

We use NT NRPE on Citrix servers to do simple checks for disk and
processor utilization and to check important services like the Citrix
IMA, WMI, XML and XTE services are running.  You could get fancier but
those cover a lot.
