Hi,
We have quite a few servers. In nagios config, each server inherites from multiple hostgroup, such as hardware, os, applications. Right now, different class of alerts, e.g. harddrive alerts, from all the machines are sending to the same contact person. What would be an easiest way to modify the current configuration that all the alerts for a particular machine is (also) send to one person?
For example, we have
host 1 running service A, service B, service C
host 2 running service A, service B, service C
host 3 running service A, service B, service C
All the alerts from host 1,2,3 for service A go to John;
alerts from host 1,2,3 for service B go to Jack;
...
Now, I would want all the alert for service A,B,C from host also be sent to Joe.
Thanks,
