Nagios with Trouble Ticket system or, Managment System integration

I was able to have nagios open a ticket in CA-Service Desk. I wrote a 
plugin script, and I published it. Basically if your Service Desk server 
allows open ticket via command line and that server has NRPE_NT then 
nagios is flexible enough to work.
