nagios memery crash

Hello 

I have gotten this crash error from nagios . 

i tried to reboot the server , and rebuild the CGI .and still the error remains ,

I am running nagios 3.0.6. from source on SLES 10.2 i586

Anyone ever encountered this and has any ideas ?
