The most likely causes are that the user you're logged in as does not
have permission to view any of the information for the services you
requested, the HTTP server authentication is configured incorrectly, or
the authentication options in your CGI configuration file are incorrect.
A little information on how you've set the auth pieces up would help a
lot in figuring out what the problem is.
