I'm not sure, no, but I guess there could be some corruption in the
log files which only affects lines in the log file relating to that
service. I would grep the nagios log files (under
/usr/local/nagios/var/archives) for the entries relating to that
service to see if there is anything different about them.
Try running an availability report for a very short period (say, the
last 24 hours) and see if that works.
Also, I would see if there are any special characters in the service
definition which might mess up the report CGI. Can you post an
example of a service definition which is working ok and one which is
not from your objects.cache file?
