Passive host count

Hi List,

I have one Active+Passive checks nagios server . Under tac.cgi , the passive
host checks count is 0.

# Active Host / Service Checks:    584 / 44
# Passive Host / Service Checks:    0 / 2544


Is there any workaround to make this fix.
