Timerange in exception area for timeperiod defintiion

Hello all.

I 'd like to ask question for version 3.x.

In the exception area of timeperiod definitions , when you specify you own timerange,
like 

day 1 10:00-11:00

it seems that Nagios is not acknowledging the period.

Is this a know issue in Nagios?
