Typically, one can see that error if the actual plugin is missing from your plugins folder (path will vary depending on distro and source). Check that the actual plugins are there. Also, check that the command functions from the command line. Be sure to test it as the nagios user, if it works as root but not nagios then it's likely permissions.
If it doesn't work from command line and the plugins are there, check your syntax and, if neccessary recompile your plugins.
