Windows monitoring error

[nag ios]

Hi ,
       I have a problem while monitoring the windows machine,i'm getting the
error as couldnot fetch information from server. I have reconfigured the
whole thing on the windows client and host linux machine but i'm getting
same error.

Please help me.
