Viewing defined notifications for a specific contact/contact-group

For starters, you can look at /var/cache/nagios3/objects.cache, which
doesn't use templates or other "object tricks", so has all that
expanded/substituted.
You can parse that pretty easily with awk 'BEGIN{RS=""}' plus
shell/tools.
