configure.in tweak for Solaris 8

I'm installing Nagios 1.1 on a Solaris 8 system.  In addition to the png and
jpeg libraries, the version of libgd I got from sunfreeware.com requires the
iconv library.  I installed it, but still no go.  The attached context diff
for configure.in seems to do the trick, adding -liconv to the list of GDLIBS
if found.
