Nagios Collector and Proxy

Hi All ...

 A few months ago I mentioned the notion to 
create a daemon to collect information from 
nrpe daemons, which then can be collected
from a nagios machine.

Less network wait for nagios.  
Possibility to put collectors per environment ...
