Neb callback for aggregated status dump

Good suggestion. A few days back I added new callbacks to indicate
the start/finish of aggregated status dumps. You can register for
callbacks using NEBCALLBACK_AGGREGATED_STATUS_DATA as the type
argument to neb_make_callbacks().
