Hi listmembers!
I installed Nagios 2.0b2 on Debian. There was a little thing wich confused
me:
There is a new switch of the configure command: something like
...commandmode (sorry I can't remember it:( )
As I read, it sets up up permissions for the external command directory.
It sets it drwxrws... nagios nagios.
But accoring to the Nagios 2.0 documentation
(http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/2_0/commandfile.html) it should be
drwxrws--- nagios nagiocmd. This is similar to that what was mentioned in
Nagios 1.x documentation. And I think it is right.
So I can think that this switch doesn't work correctly.
Please correct me, if I'm wrong. Or the program if it is wrong. Sorry, but
I'm not a coder, so I can't do that.
Thanks in advance, Tamas!
